Did somebody say protein brownies? This recipe is a great choice for your daily intake!


This morning I woke and and stated thinking to myself "damn, I miss eating brownies but there's no gains". I've been on a high protein intake diet and I've been eating the same thing over and over. So I decided to come up with my own super protein brownie recipe!

This recipe is not a meal replacement but it's a great addition to your daily meals. A lot of protein for you muscle building fellas and ladies!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 overripe banana for natural sweetness
  • 1 cup of your choice of nut butter
  • A couple tablespoon of cacao powder
  • 50 grams of your favorite protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract 
  • Add salt to taste
  • Want it sweeter? Add more bananas!
  • Add nuts for more protein! (spinach is good too)

HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  • Preheat your oven to 300-400 F
  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Bake this baby on center rack for 30 min or so
  • Once done, put it in your freezer overnight
  • Add frosting if you wish
