This morning I woke and and stated thinking to myself "damn, I miss eating brownies but there's no gains". I've been on a high protein intake diet and I've been eating the same thing over and over. So I decided to come up with my own super protein brownie recipe!
This recipe is not a meal replacement but it's a great addition to your daily meals. A lot of protein for you muscle building fellas and ladies!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 overripe banana for natural sweetness
- 1 cup of your choice of nut butter
- A couple tablespoon of cacao powder
- 50 grams of your favorite protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- Add salt to taste
- Want it sweeter? Add more bananas!
- Add nuts for more protein! (spinach is good too)

HOW TO MAKE THIS:
- Preheat your oven to 300-400 F
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Bake this baby on center rack for 30 min or so
- Once done, put it in your freezer overnight
- Add frosting if you wish
